KIM MINJUNG

Kim Minjung is an artist who explores the inner side of each individual.

Many elements of stuffed animals can be seen in her work. Kim Minjung wants to preserve not only the appearance, but also the unique emotions, origin, and atmosphere each has.

The taxidermized animal is alive but dead. Kim Minjung, who was attracted to the hybrid of life and death, focuses on preserving disappearing memories and emotions. Things that were thought to be temporary are reborn as works and be preserved eternity.
